Temperature Zero started as one idea and a VPS. A reasoning graph for AI alignment, hosted on a single Hetzner box, managed from a laptop in Orlando. That was six months ago.
The graph is still being built. But the infrastructure around it has become something worth talking about on its own. And as of this week, we’re opening that infrastructure up as a service.
What changed
We’ve been building production systems since day one. WordPress themes from scratch. Automated content pipelines that run at 6:30 AM without intervention. Database deduplication. Cloudflare tunnels. Docker orchestration through Coolify. Custom API integrations that connect n8n workflows to language models, image generators, and publishing endpoints. Full-stack web applications with real deployment infrastructure, not localhost demos.
At some point, the tooling we built for ourselves became the product.
The new freelance landing page
demo.temperaturezero.com is live. It’s a standalone landing page built to show what we can do for clients who need custom software, web development, or automation work. The page itself is the portfolio. An interactive 3D tesseract rendered in Three.js. Glassmorphic service cards. A breathing grid background. Responsive down to mobile. No template. No page builder. Hand-written HTML, CSS, and JavaScript served from an nginx container behind Traefik with automatic SSL.
If you need a developer who can build that from a blank terminal, keep reading.
Full-stack web development
We build web applications end to end. Frontend interfaces in React, Vue, or plain JavaScript depending on what the project actually needs. Server-side rendering where it matters. RESTful APIs and backend services in Node.js, Python, or PHP. Database design in PostgreSQL and MariaDB. We write the code, configure the server, set up the deployment pipeline, and hand you the keys to infrastructure you own.
No vendor lock-in. No proprietary dashboards you can’t leave. Your code runs on your server, and you can read every line of it.
WordPress is part of the stack when it makes sense. We’ve built custom themes from scratch, not child themes, not Elementor templates. Full theme development with custom post types, REST API extensions, WPCode snippet management, and performance-tuned hosting. Our own site runs a theme we wrote ourselves, because we needed something that didn’t exist.
AI automation and agentic systems
Automation is where most of our internal tooling lives, and where we see the highest leverage for clients. We build workflows that connect large language models to real business processes. Content generation pipelines. Data extraction and transformation. Automated reporting. Scheduled jobs that pull from APIs, process through Claude or GPT, and push results to Slack, Discord, email, or a CMS.
Our daily briefing pipeline is a working example. Every morning at 6:30 AM, an n8n workflow pulls from 20+ RSS feeds, deduplicates against a PostgreSQL table of previously seen items, summarizes through Perplexity, drafts through Claude, generates a headline through Haiku, creates a featured image through DALL-E, and publishes to WordPress. No human intervention. It’s been running for months.
We also build AI agent systems. Multi-step workflows where language models make decisions, call tools, and produce structured output. If you have a process that involves a human reading data, making a judgment call, and taking an action, there’s a good chance we can automate part or all of it. We’re cautious about where that line is. Not everything should be automated. But the things that should be, we can build fast.
Infrastructure and DevOps
Every application needs somewhere to live. We configure and manage Linux servers, Docker containers, reverse proxies, SSL certificates, DNS, and CI/CD pipelines. Our stack runs on Hetzner VPS instances managed through Coolify, with Cloudflare for DNS and zero-trust access. We’ve debugged Apache MPM tuning, Traefik routing, container networking, and PostgreSQL performance under real production conditions.
We can set up your infrastructure from zero, or take over an existing deployment that needs attention. Hosting doesn’t have to mean a $200/month platform bill. A well-configured VPS with proper container orchestration handles most workloads for a fraction of the cost.
Logo design and brand identity
Before the code, there was the design work. Logo design and visual brand identity is where this all started. The Temperature Zero brand, the Latent Organic identity, the design system that runs across our web properties. Every color, typeface, and spacing decision on our sites was made intentionally. We bring that same discipline to client work. If you need a logo, a brand kit, or a visual identity system that translates cleanly to web and print, that’s something we do well.
API integrations and data pipelines
Most interesting software lives at the intersection of two or more systems. We build the connectors. REST API integrations, webhook handlers, OAuth flows, data transformation pipelines, and scheduled sync jobs. We’ve connected WordPress to n8n, n8n to PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL to language models, and language models back to publishing endpoints. If your business runs on three platforms that don’t talk to each other, we can make them talk.
Technical consulting
Sometimes you don’t need a developer to build something. You need one to look at what you’ve already built and tell you what’s wrong. We offer consulting for architecture review, technology selection, performance analysis, and AI integration strategy. We’ll read your codebase, evaluate your infrastructure, and give you honest recommendations. Not a slide deck. A conversation with someone who’s built and shipped the things you’re evaluating.
Why Temperature Zero
We’re a small studio. One founder, occasionally augmented by contract specialists when a project needs it. That means you’re not getting handed off to a junior developer after the sales call. The person scoping the project is the person writing the code. Communication is direct, turnaround is fast, and nothing ships without code review.
We’re based in Orlando, Florida. We work with clients remotely and have no interest in scaling to an agency. The goal is to stay small enough to do excellent work and large enough to take on real projects.
If you’re looking for a freelance full-stack developer, a web developer who actually understands infrastructure, or a consultant who can help you figure out where AI fits into your business without the hype, take a look at what we’ve built and reach out.
